That would be a great start!
Any chance you can get a fourth player or maybe a freebooter from close-by?

UPDATE: Dark Sphere has been booked on the 23rd of April, currently for 16 players.

So far we've got:
4 players from South London?
4 players from Guildford
3 players Bellophorons group
3 players Central London

Sound about right?
If we can get a two more players from Central London one can join the Bellophoron group and we're all set I reckon?

Afraid not, but at the moment we would be full regardless.

Would be great if all clubs/groups could confirm their attendance by the 1st of March please.

Which players are taking part would then have time to be announced till end of March.
list submission by the end of March as well, further deadline announcements in due time.

Last year we used a fun way of pairing the first rounds in a Ryda-cup style. Happy to hear suggestion how to tackle four clubs this time. :)

I'd say each unique army list max once per team should do it again.
If we go down the Minigeddon route, the this would be valid for both formats.

Suggestion:

Round 1 + 2: Minigeddon, each unique army list max once per team
Round 3 + 4: 3k lists which don't need to match what has been played during round 1 +2, each unique army list max once per team
