Necrons?
:P

In seriousness, I haven't seen one. There are now two systems that provide a range of lists reflecting castings from many manufacturers -- Future War Commander and Strike Legion.

Much of Epic's 'comparative advantage' is the accompanying fluff, with the result that people seem to have been fairly slow to import 'fluffless' races to the Warhammer universe.

As I've said in multiple posts, I am a big fan of the Andraydans for various proxies for Tau, Eldar and/or Necrons (to the point where Doug from DRM should either be paying me commission, or taking out a restraining order), but I agree, there is little interest or need for alternate lists. I don't necessarily agree about the fluff advantage*, but the existing diversity of lists seems to already cover most of the common styles of conflict capable within the rules set. Only thing a new list would be, would be a rehash of an existing one, or one where a 'new' Special Rule is introduced.

* I'm not a fan of the current spate of micromanagement that the new 40K stuff tends to promote (7 different Land Raider variants, etc). Or the retroactive continuity, for sales, no reason, or just stupid reasons. But I do think the NetEA and Epic UK have covered most every base strategy (often multiples available within the one list).
