Who's the NetEA Squat Champion? I *thought* it was Jaldon and Epilgrimm as co-Champions, but recent discussion on the Tyranid list seems to indicate at least part of that is incorrect. There's been no public movement on it in over two years, and I was curious where it was, at least with the NetEA gearing up for the belated NetEA Armies Book. It was a lack of progress (and several conceptual issues) that caused me to develop the Dvergatal, but that was only ever intended as an auxillary. I do want to see Squats represented in an official fashion, which means getting the Champion into gear, or change Champions if need be, much like the Tyranids have. And no, this isn't me trolling for the position. I don't have the time, or inclination, to work on such a comparatively large scale project. The KnightWorld List is likely to push me more than enough, but that doesn't mean I don't have an interest, or effort capital, that I can't put towards assisting in an official NetEA Squat list. I can tell you the lack of progress is entirely my fault. The two list developers asked me to put together a pdf and I've been slacking. Sorry! On the good side, I've already committed to doing the PDFs for the Army List project and I'll get it done as soon as possible. |

epilgrim is the main champion with Jaldon as backup. If they've come up with alternate arrangements, no one on the ERC's been informed. |

I find it hard to discern what is the most resent list. The sticky threads in here are quite old and the one with a squat list presented in forum post form is just unusable (hope that doesn't sound rude). I want to take a look into the squat (and demiurg/dvergartal) list(s) as squats were my first epic army back in then 90's and it would be great to get back into them after finishing my orks. cheers |

Cheers, Thomas Tjena och tack! I'm short as in I have none. Or I actually have access to all the old ones which I sold to a friend 12 years ago. But I could never repaint those, it was the first miniatures I painted. So I could definetly use some more guys. Actual painting and collecting of sqauts is probably at least 5 or 6 months away though, so my pm will probably not be coming for some time. If you wish to sell them earlier, then please feel free to do so! cheers /Erik |
