I've seen vague references to altering the stats of the Imperial Aircraft, but can't find a thread. Is there one that my searchfu missed or shall we talk here? Also is this even the right forum? I picked it because Navy applies to both several forums worth of Imps. |

I also heard and read several times about the change of Titan costs, AFAIK single Warhound costs raise to 275. Finally there was always talk of changing the stats of the Superheavy Tanks (or at least Baneblade). I think all these changes that affect multiple lists should be published in a single pdf-file so that it is at least semi-official. |

The range increases for the Warlord weapons 45 to 60cm were included in the official errata. The Marauder changes (3BP) and Warhound are included in the NetEA tournament changes which have been decided on - I believe Neal is going to post a document collating these when he has time. He posted a couple of days ago that he had been snowed under with real life commitments Warhound 275pts Marauder 250pts 3BP |

Marauders that don't suck.... hmmm. They might be worth taking at that cost with 3BP instead of artillery for Minervans at least. Thanks. |

And what about the stats changes of some Superheavy Tanks? |

I know the Minervans use this for Baneblade (Mars Pattern): WE spd 15cm, Armor 4, CC6, FF4 Baneblade Cannon 75cm, AP3/AT3 2x Lascannon 45cm AT5 Autocannon 45cm AP5/AT6 Demolisher Cannon 30cm AP3/AT4, Fixed Forward, Ignore Cover 3x Twin Heavy Bolter 30cm AP4 DC3, Crit destroyed, units within 5cm hit on 6 Reinforced Armor |

I still haven't really figured out what NetEA is. |

What is with the other aircrafts? Speaking of the Lightning, Lightning Strike and Marauder Destroyer. There are Epic versions of them from ForgeWorld. I would love to see themin an army list. But which one? Or should they be available to all armies which already have acsess to Thunderbolts and Marauders? |

Or should they be available to all armies which already have acsess to Thunderbolts and Marauders? I've been saying this for a while, but I'd like to see an 'aircraft suppliment', which gave rules for all the new aircraft, plus points costs for using them with a selection of army lists. Some lists (Like Siegemasters) wouldn't be allowed to use the new aircraft. |

LOL read your reply in the Elysian thread and was just about to link to this thread here ![]() And yes i would love to see all available aircrafts be available to all Imperial armies. In all armylists they allready have the same points costs. Same with variant Titans (not nessesary completely modular ones but at least 3 versions of each battletitan and 2 different Warhounds). |

Can we add 'let Steel Legion use all the SHTs already!" to this list? Making the Imperial Navy an actual force would be nice, but too many options are often bad. What is the real difference between a Lightning Strike and a Thunderbolt? Both are fighter bombers aren't they? Adding the basic lightning as an inteceptor would make some sense, but adding another FB doesn't strike me as worth it. Same with the Marauder, what's the difference? |

Quote: (scarik @ 15 Jul. 2008, 23:16 ) Can we add 'let Steel Legion use all the SHTs already!" to this list? I think that's a bad idea. The Steel Legion has Shadowsword and Baneblade IMO because they fielded these tanks in greater numbers on Armageddon, but not the other SHT versions. |

Lightning = 100% Interceptor Lightning Strike = 80% Bomber 20% Interceptor Thunderbolt = 50% Bomber 50% Interceptor Marauder = anti-Infantry Bomber Marauder Destroyer = anti-Tank Bomber Judging from the armament of these aircrafts. |

I suppose Barrages are more AP than AT, but the Lascannons are AT only so the Marauder is about equal at bombing both. They are getting 6BP total now, but extra BMs are just as good against tanks, often better since there are invariably fewer of them than ground pounders. And are you extrapolating from the ForgeWorld models? |
