Hi All, Well we manage another game of epic. It was 4000 point per side and it was between Fir Iolarion titan clan(4.2.2) and Legio Gryphonicus (NetEA v3.24 *APPROVED*) Dan played the Legio Gryphonicus and I played the Fir Iolarion titan clan(4.2.2) Link to Fir Iolarion titan clan(4.2.2)… viewtopic.php?f=24&t=31952 Link to AAR… http://pfe100.blogspot.com.au/2016/12/f ... legio.html well that makes 145 and counting...

Good read that - nice one! A question, why did you march the phantoms with your early activations on turn 1? I found I was holding them back as long as possible to then get them into the best possible assault postiions once my opponent has moved at least some of their forces? I'm guessing there was some shooting risk from the 4 VC warlord in their starting positions but just wondering if there was some deeper plan at work? |

Thanks for reading... I move them early behind the ruins, in the hopes it would well slow him down, but he moved at speed, I guess he was hoping to get the SR roll...I was little surprised in turn Two, he didn't put the 4 VC warlord on over watch, since I didn't move the Phantom and Warlock to near the end of the turn...It may have meant a damage Phantom or Warlock... |
