Changes that were tested.. ..
· Changes made to the Alaitoc Ranger Warhost.
· Added War Walker Warhost.
· Formation change on Nightwings and points cost.
· Formation change on Phoenix Bombers and points cost.
· Phoenix Bombers had stat change on BP weapon.
· Pathfinders were brought in line with the UK version.

Wow, that's a lot of games! Thanks for posting them. On that first game between AMTL and IW, I think there are two Skitarii Demi-centuries taken but no corvus pods. If your force list is correct on the AAR, then the AMTL list isn't valid. You have to take a corvus pod for each demi-century you take which would have removed two of the weapons on your titans. I don't know that would have changed much though.

There may be a issue with armyforge, since you are allowed to take the infantry anyways, no matter want combo you chose or order you build your AMTL force..Now in saying that I should have checked the PDF..Since I Built the AMTL and PFE100 built the IW..We just swapped forces on the day..Spoke to PFE100 and we both agreed it would have not change much...... flyingthruwater wrote: Man gorgons are deathtraps.... Rob, there does seem to be an issue there. It is interesting to see how the game played out since there has been some desire in the past to drop the corvus requirement.

I have pop the issue in the armyforge thread last night...I find it, strange that they can only be taken if you take the corvus pod, but gather it was done to stop spamming of the formation...Otherwise I don't see a problem, but more testing would be need before the restriction could be lifted or changed...

Yeah, that's been a long standing restriction and probably debated just as long. You are correct it is partly to stop you from spamming them, if only because they make great garrisons to compensate for the lower activation counts. I don't think we'd see a huge shift in AMTL lists taking them though, mostly because they'd be competing for your support slots with Crusaders and Thunderbolts. I believe the other part of it is to make the infantry a bit more "fluffy" in the Titan list.

Just had a brainwave, in armyforge how about having an option to buy the pod AND a skitarii formation as one upgrade? EUK amtl has the option to buy a veteran princeps AND a support weapon rolled into one, I could add a note explaining that the skitarii are a separate formation? Is that preferable to users over jut having a note explaining the restriction? (For context please see armyforge thread)

Well, there is still the option to buy a corvus but not take any skitarii and the skitarii do take a support slot so it might be confusing. I'd prefer a note with the restriction.

The largest I have ever done (and that is 20 years ago) was 40k (pun intended) per side. 60 or 70k per side would be awesome.
