Some of the pictures are a bit grainy... sorry about that. But all in all the Siam Hann played are a strong list. We noted that the wild rider formations were very resilainat however their was some very lucky above average rolls which saw both wild rider formations shrugging hits. We will continue to keep an eye on this over coming games. The combination of 3 heavy hitting air formations with the mobile Siam Hann ground force is a powerful combination. I am not sure how the SH will go against large WE so I guess we will look at batreping that next time. Cheers Mic |

Thanks for the report, this is one of the strongest versions of the list IMO. |

One questionalways bothers me with the IW. Why is it few people take more than one Iron Warrior company? The lists always look like Defiler/Artillery armies. Is it just the Companies are naff or that there's just too much of everything else that's better? |

I can say that the SH does surprisingly well against large war engines. Got crushed against them using a reaver heavy war griffins list. Also tried the Ork Big Mob against them twice. The Gargants faired better as they are very engagement oriented but got horribly out maneuvered and herded around so it was still a bad loss by points, reguardless of having killed:dead being 2:1. |

@Tim, the only thing this build was missing was scouts but othewise I agree that it's a strong build. @Oynx, I am happy to give Caz a few more games to help test the iron warriors. @Dobbsy, I agree that build seems pretty common. Although the IW list seems pretty diverse for choice so I am sure Caz will offer some different builds in our next game or two. @Antension, thanks mate. Regarding SH taking on WE heavy lists I reckon your right. My thinking is that SH should be able to isolate and at least break WE fairly easily, but there is only one way to know for sure ![]() Cheers Mic |

The cheap scouts hamper progress denying objectives and/or seperating the war engines which are then easily broken and sometimes straight up destroyed with the spears. The falcon formations strip shields easily. The jetbikes can swing around and assault from angles that prevent Lazer burner or melta cannons from being used too. Soo painful! |
