Well that was a pasting. Had the nose of a Manta over the halfway line to avoid They Shall Not Pass, a ring of broken units to screen the Blitz and the two hits on the Command Manta went straight through the Deflector and Reinforced Armour so a quarter of the way to Break Their Spirit as well. On the bright side there was plenty of orbital lift capacity to get the strike group off the planets surface. It will doubtless take some time to find/manufacture more Stealth Suits, let alone train their occupants in their proper use. The Shas'o has a good idea about how not to use them. Current planning points towards a more tightly integrated Anti-Air defence. Some useful intelligence was extracted from the Orc Settlement. Yes, the orcs do grow from mushrooms, but who plants them, . . . ? Great game Mark, thanks. |
