That sounded like an intense fight! Surprised the Lord of battle lost combat against the Armored Phalanx. The C'tan Shard and the Bombers seemed to perform very well. The annihilation barges didn't look like they did too much.

They could be 4BP (in other words 2BP each) as you're suggesting, but the place to start might be the Ignore Cover and Disrupt special rules.
There seems to have been a bit of a trend towards giving special rules to BP units in new and experimental lists recently, and it's not always necessary.

Tanks for the report. I was wondering who would use and find Annihilation Barges a good deal as they just don't stack up in my lists.

The bomber is going to be interesting in the testing and final stats.

Interesting, I am more favouring the longer range of the Doomsday Ark at the moment, you might get me changing my mind though.
