Turn 1 SR – SH
SH – Vampire Hunter ground attacks the Bikes on the left flank, 4 hits, 4 dead bikes, remainder breaks.
Mar – Thunderbolts go onto CAP
SH – SoV Falcons go onto Overwatch using the SC re-roll.
Mar – Scouts double into cover
SH – Scorpion (1) goes onto Overwatch
Mar – Double forward into cover
SH – Vampire Hunter (2) ground attacks the broken bike. Gets CAP’d and saves a hit (1 BM) hits and kills final bike
Mar – Devastators double forward bringing the VHunters into the Hunters AA bubble.
SH – Hornets double forward to shoot the Devastators, 3 AT hits 1 dead Rhino, 2BM
Mar – Warhound advances on the Hornets, shoots (no Plasma Blast Gun). 1 hit, saved, 1BM
SH – SoV Prisms double to shoot the Warhound – place a BM
Mar – Assault Marines engage the Hornets no kills to either side, Marines win roll off by two wiping two Hornets out and breaking the rest who run away.
SH – Scorpion (2) sustains on the Assault Marines hitting twice and killing two units placing 3 BM.
Mar – Thunderhawk ground attacks and shoots the SoV Fire Prisms, hits one and destroys it, 2 BM
SH – WR Clan (2) doubles forward
Mar – Landing Craft ground attacks, lands with the Land Raiders and shoots the SoV Prisms, 3 hits a Fire Prism & Firestorm are destroyed breaking the formation.
SH – WR Clan (1) engage the Land Raiders with supporting fire from WR Clan (2). No initial casualties, but supporting fire hits 8 times, 2 Land Raiders fail their saves & the remainder are wiped out in the roll-off. LC breaks but is fearless.
SH – Shining Spears engage Assault Marines which have already lost two units, no hits to either side, but Marines are wiped out in resolution.
Both Vampire Hunters pick a BM up flying off as does the Landing Craft.
All units Rally.

Turn 2 - Terminators teleport in with a BM – SR to Marines
Mar – Warhound advances catches the Shining Spears in a cross fire scores 4 hits and kills 3 which is enough to break the formation.
Mar – Thunderhawk air assaults ( with the Bikes) WR Clan(2) with the Warhound in support range. 1 Jetbike dies and the marines have +3 to their roll and win by 4 breaking the remaining Clan.
SH – Vampire Hunter ground attacks the Warhound but fails to activate even with the re-roll.
Mar – Thunderbolts ground attacks the Scorpion but also fails and stands down
SH – Vampire Hunter ground attacks the Warhound but fails as well and stands down
Mar – Terminators double
SH – Hornets advance and fire on the Warhound for a BM
Mar – Assault Marines go on to Overwatch
SH – EoV Scorpion (2) advances and fires on the Thunderhawk, scoring 1 hit which wounds and goes critical
Mar – Scouts go onto Overwatch
SH – SoV Fire Prisms advance on the Warhound score a hit and wound breaking the war engine
Mar – Devastators advance
SH – EoV Scorpion (1) advances on the Bikes, but fails to activate
Mar – Landing Craft activates flies in and picks up the Terminators
SH – SoV Falcons double and fire on the Warhound, 4 hits which one wounds and criticals the war engine.
SH – WR Clan (1) goes onto Overwatch
Landing Craft flies off with Terminators.
Shining Spears fail to rally

Turn 3 - Saim-Hann win SR
SH – EoV Scorpion (1) advances and fire on Bikes, 2 MW hits, 2 die, 3 BM
SH – Hornets double with the SC re-roll and target the Devastators, 1 AT hit kills a Rhino
SH – SoV Falcons attempt to advance on the Assault Marines, but fail and remove the BM
Mar – Devastators attempt to Marshal, fail and shoot with the BM. 5 hits wipe out the Hornets
SH – EoV Scorpion (2) advances and fires on Bikes, 2 hits kill 2 and break the formation.
Mar – Assault Marines engage the SoV Falcons. SoV win roll off by 1 breaking the marines
SH – Vampire Hunter ground attacks the Devastators, suffers an AA hit which wounds and only cause a BM on the marines
Mar – Thunderbolts ground attack the SoV Prisms, AA and shooting all miss for 1 BM each
SH – Vampire Raider ground attacks the Devastators, AA misses and VHunter hits twice for 2 kills nad breaks the formation.
Mar – Landing Craft air assaults WR Clan (1). AA places a BM. One terminator is killed and the Landing Craft is destroyed from a critical. 5 Jetbikes are killed. The Clan wins the roll off by 3 taking another terminator down, but are broken themselves
SH – SoV Fire Prisms double to shoot at the Scouts and place a BM.
Mar – Scouts march to hold their own Blitz.
SH – WR Clan (2) engage the terminators wiping them out for the loss of 2 bikes – BTS

Saim-Hann win in three turns with BTS & TSNP
This was my first game with the NetEA test list having played for a few years with the EUK list. My list was based around what I normally take with the addition of the larger SoV formations, Fire Prisms in larger formations and Hornets.
After taking three formations out in the first turn I was fairly confident that the S-H were going to win this game. My opponent was a bit rusty and made a mistake on the placement of the Land Raiders. Then I picked up three criticals which was enough to swing the game fully in my favour.

Darn it, although I only make it 75pts over.

I would not drop the Vampire Hunter to 250pts as it leaves the army open to taking 4 at 3k and if your opponent doesn't have a lot of AA then it is not a going to be a pleasant game for him.
