Post subject:  3k Raven Guard 2015-05-11 vs NetEA Beil-Tan - 2015-10-23
The first of the five battle reports from this past weekend of Epicness. This was the game from Friday night. After spending 8+ hours in the can with each other, Karl and I had to work out a little pent of rage. Since my TBolts were in the car outside, I eschewed them in favor of a Warhound and extra THawk.

The RG's barrage and Deathwind came in and flattened some Falcons and Night Spinners, and left the Marines in a good position.

We called it when the Eldar were out of Activations, the remaining Marines could have grabbed DTF and T&H, and perhaps BTS.

The drop was pretty nasty. Karl split his forces hoping I'd drop in the center. I ended up landing on his most expensive stuff and broke four activations of 1380 points after I retained. From there, it was just holding out against the Phoenix and Guardians who had to huff it across the open.
