This is a battle report from a few weeks ago I've been super slow in writing up, so apologies for the odd bit of vagueness. Also, we both thought the other was taking plenty of pics so not turn for turn on that front. I was Biel Tan.

Eldar line grav tanks, void spinner and storm serpent on their left, more grav tanks and scorpion on their right. Scout screens spread across board.

Squats castle up goliaths and thud guns around blitz, bezererkers left and right, overlords and land train fairly central, mole mortars garrison around left squat objective

Turn 1
Eldar use void spinner to attempt to suppress the goliaths but only do 1 bm.
Squats counter with goliaths, land train, more mortars and overlords breaking both falcon units, scorpion and a unit of heavy weapon guardians which had emerged from the Web way. Eldar try a desperate counter attack with bts aspect warriors in the vampire flanking an unprepped unit of bezerkers in the squat right flank. Land train is intermingled, first round is a draw, 2nd results in narrow squat win breaking the aspects who fall back.
Eldar then engage the storm serpent and deploy guardians with wraithguard who destroy the bezerkers and break the land train, it falls back beside an overlord. Squats advance another bezerker unit to claim the objective on the eldar right.

Eldar fail to rally any units. Squats fail to rally land train despite using supreme commamder
One unit of scouts is destroyed by thud guns/overlord
Bikes with squat sc emerge from pit and go right

Turn 2
Avatar emerges in front of the land train. Eldar Marshall guardians with wraithguard removing all bms and moving up to support the Avatar assault on the land train. However the Avatar engages, doesn't call intermingled on the overlord but does get killed by the land train.
Goliaths kill eldar bts and break weapon guardians. Storm serpent advances knocks out a void shield on the land train. Warp spiders attack from storm serpent destroying the land train, overlord is hacked downs. Warp spiders consolidate behind hill.

Mole mortars cut wraithguard in half
Vampire attacks bezerkers on right objective destroying a rhino
Bezerkers advance to 15cm of Warp spiders
Void spinner breaks squat sc bikes, sc runs to cover and fails dt
More bikes emerge from pit and annihilate the Warp spiders with support from bezerkers and 2nd overlord

Eldar fail to rally guardians and both falcons, scorpion rallies
Turn 3
Tunnlers emerge on eldar blitz by void spinner. Scouts kill 1 adding 2bms
Void spinner cuts bezerkers on hill in half
Guardians engage and take them out. Mole mortars reduce guardians to just farseer who flees to squat blitz
Goliaths fail to activate. Marshall.
General jockeying for position, sc squat bikes move up to support bezerkers who Marshall.
Overlord and thud guns break void spinner. Scouts conga to contest squat blitz.
Vampire flies in and wounds the overlord
Eldar rally both guardian regiments and falcons on squat side.
Turn 4
Storm serpent bms Goliaths, farseer engages intermingled thud guns, destroy Goliaths breaks thudd guns and claims Squat blitz
Void spinner puts bm on bezerkers and breaks bikes
Mole mortars rebreak heavy weapon guardians
Scorpion advances to cover 2 objectives then fires on overlord and breaks it
Scouts reground to block off bikes
Bikes fail to activate
Grav Tanks fail to activate
Bezerkers fail to activate
Game ends 3-1 to Eldar (BTS, CTF, T&H)
Thoughts: it was a real swings and roundabouts game, after the first turn I thought I was doomed but that's fairly typical against Squats. The Land Train was surprisingly robust and the mole mortars a real pain but ultimately the squats had less mobility available than the Eldar (surprise). Equally importantly was having the scouts available at the end to block off the bikes from being able to reach the eldar back line. I revised the Eldar list quite a lot after this (see Ginger's report for the BT Iyanden game for the final incarnation).
