We had the second E:A tournament of the year here in Norrköping Sweden today. Heres my 6:th and final report requiered for the approved status from my group:

SETUP:

I won the roll off and choose corner deployment. I placed my objectives in the middle precisly 30cm apart. My opponent set his on each side of the board.

He then garrisoned a big mob in some central ruins.

I olaced all my 3 Reaver Titans midway up the long end of my deployment zone. The Warhound was set up by the Blitz and the 2 sentinel formations where also close to the blitz.

my opponent se up his stompa mobs on each far side of his deployment zone.

TURN 1: Orks win initiative but and hands it to AMTL.

TL: Warhound by Blitz go on OW.

O: Garrisoned Big Warband go on OW.

TL: Reaver in far corner of AMTL deployment zone sustains fire on garrisoned Warband. Kills 2 grots, 1 oddboy and 3 boyz.

O: Fighta Bombas ground attack Warhound. Strips both shields and does 1DC.

TL: Thunderbolts go on CAP.

O: Fighta Bombas ground attack Sentinels. 1 FB is shot down by intercepting Thunderbolts. 2 Sentinels are destroyed and the formation breaks withdrawing forward.

TL: BTS-Reaver doubles forward and fires on garrisoned warband. 7 stands are killed and the formation breaks withdrawing towards the Ork blitz.

O: Fighta Bombas ground attack broken Sentinels and wipe them out.

TL: Thunderbolts ground attack broken Warband and kill 2 stands.

O: Landa intercepts Thunderbolts and destroy them!

TL: Sentinels double forward.

O: 2nd Landa intercepts Thunderbolts and shoot down 1 of them.

TL: Laser Burner Reaver doubles forward on left flank.

O: BTS-Stompa Mob doubles forward.

O: Stompa Mob doubles forward and fires on BTS-Reaver. Strips 3 shields.

END PHASE: Warband rallies.

Looking forward to reading this Mordoten.

One question on the lists - what were the oddboyz in the big warband used for?
From what I can see no units have been purchased that the odd boyz could upgrade? E.g. Big gunz/gun wagonz.

(I'm reading this on my phone so part of the list may have been lost in formatting)

TL: BTS-Reaver retains and advances next to Reaver. Fires on Stompa MOb, strips 2 shields and do 1DC.

O: Fighta Bombas ground attack Sentinels. 1 FB goes down from Reaver Flak. 3 Sentinels are killed and the formation breaks.

TL: LB-Reaver sustains on Stompa Mob and does 1DC on Supa Stompa.

O: Fighta Bombas stand down.

TL: Thunderbolt go on CAP.

O: Fightas Bombas ground attacks BTS-Reaver. Thunderbolt intercepts. 1 BM. FB:s does 1 BM to Reaver.

TL: Warhound goes on OW.

O: Warband holds and moves ibnto ruins near ork blitz.

O: Landa lands in front of broken sentinel and kills it by shooting.

O: Stompa Mob doubles forward and shoots on BTS-Reaver. Strips 1 shield.

O: 2nd Landa intercepts Thunderbolt and destroys it.

O: BTS-Stompa Mob doubles forward and fires on Reaver. Strips 1 shield.

END PHASE:

Landa takes 1 BM from Reaver Flak.
"nd Landa takes 1DC from Reaver Flak.

O: Landa with Mob engages BTS-Reaver. Looses 3 grots and 2 boyz but wins the combat.

O: Stompa Mob retains and engages Reaver. # stompas die and the Mob looses the combat.

TL: Reaver advances forward into forest to contest both T&H objectives. Shoots on BTS-Stompa Mob, kills 1 Stompa and does 1DC on Supa Stompa.

O: BTS-Stompa sustains on Reaver. 1DC is made.

TL: LB-Reaver engages warband and wipes it out.

O: FB:s ground attack Reaver in forest. 1FB die from Reaver Flak. 1DC is made.

O: FB:s ground attack same Reaver. 1DC is made andthe titan breaks.

O: FB:s ground attack broken Reaver. Nothing Happens.

O: Landa with MOb Ground assaults Broken Reaver, wipes it out for the loss of 3 grots, 1 Nob and 3 Boys.

O: Warband by Ork Blitz moves closer to the objective.

TL: Warhound goes on OW.

O: FB:s stand down

O: FB:s ground attack BTS-Reaver. 1FB dies from reaver Flak. 1 shield is stripped on the Titan.

O: FB:s ground attacks BTS-Reaver. 1DC is mad eon the Titan.

You do realise though that Landas can not intercept as they are Bombers?

Not much to add really. 6 shots on the Plasma Destructor is really good but not to owerpowered. I think the Titan list needs strong weapons to combat the downsidfe of few activations.

Don't kmow what you mean with what you asked reedar. Can't Oddboyz be added to Boyz??

Damn!!! How the hell could i miss that (the Landa thingie)??? That sucks. Wouldn't have made much difference thoufg i think.

Very nicely. I'm glad to see a report against Orks. Sounds like it was a fun game and pretty close too. I've been pretty happy with the past few reports how the weapons have been performing. We could probably keep tweaking them indefinitely but I'm confident that there is good reason to take most of the weapons now even if some get more use than others.
