Turn 1
Terminators teleported in with 2 BMs near nid BTS on the right flank. BL got SR and prepped BTS with Helltalons (need a reroll
) and then retained and engaged BTS after summoning the greater and lesser. The Greater was critted but the BL won and drove off a warrior and some brood.Bugs moved closer, a retinue but itself in charge range of the stealers to protect the Terminators. The Stealers charged, got 5 hits but the Marines only failed one save and wiped them out. The Dreadclaws came in near the Terminators but closer towards the middle, they broke another swarm. The Dactylis broken the Terminators and the Dom took out 3 Marines with her MW barrage. The rest of the BL ground formations moved towards the middle.
Turn 2
The Lictors came in near the 'nid Blitz to protect the Dactlyis and the Trygons surfaced near the Raptors in the middle of the board. The BL got 2 demons thanks to a 6 for SR, engaged and broke a Swarm with the Raptors and engaged and destroyed the Dactylis with the healthly retinue (not before they broke the Terminators, taking two out). The Dom engaged the Raptors and an intermingled drop retinue, destroying the former and reducing the latter to a stand. The Exocrines also shot up another drop retinue, breaking it.
Helltalons broke the Lictors and harassed the BTS. And a mech Retinue shot at the Trygons after it was ZoCed by some Chosen. The other chosen engaged a Swarm in the middle which the other mech Retinue was in support range off. They broke it.
Turn 3
The Terminators double on the BTS and failed to hit. The Dom did the same thing on the Mech retinue who supported the chosen. The Chosen ZoCed her and the Exocrine shot up some Marines in the woods. The Lictors went down to 1 unit after a HellTalon strike.
Turn 4
The Dom ended up denying TSNP and DTF (grabbing T&H and Blitz at the same time). A Mech retinue denied her T&H though. The other Mech Retinue went on to grab a T&H by wiping out the Exocrines. The BL finally got BTS, but it took a failed Demon Prince save (arg...) and a Halltalon flight to pull it off. Coupled with that and T&H and they took it 2-1 in the fourth.
