Start of Game Start of Game The Guardians double up. The Biovores break the Rangers. The Fire Prisms take out a Zoanthrope. The Dominatrix double up and lays a BM on the Falcons. The Bombers put a BM on her and take out a gant. The Harridan double and lays anohter BM on the falcons. The Falcons double an vaporize her. A Swarm doubles up. The Night Spinners take out some brood. A Swarm doubles up. Guardians advance. A Swarm doubles up. Guardians double. A Swarm doubles up. Rangers go on overwatch. The stealers march. The BTS lays a BM on the stealers. The BTS marches. The Tyrgons surface. The Lictors appear. The Hawks appear.

Turn 2 Turn 2 The Hawks engage the Swarm in the middle of the board. Two for two. The Swarm breaks and runs, the Hawks ZoC the Trygons. The Eldar BTS engages the nid BTS. 8 to 1, eldar. A single Warrior runs for it. The Guardians lay a BM on the Stealers. The Dom advances and breaks the Falcons. The Lictors attempt to engage, fail with reroll and regroup. The Firestorms hit the Dom you fails to make any saves. A Swarm engages the Hawks. One to three, nids. The Hawks die. The Phoenix hit a Swarm and take out a Haruspex. The Biovores sustain on the Guardians but fail to kill anything. Rangers take a shot at the broken Warrior. A Swarm engages them. One to none, nids. The Rangers die. The Night Spinners hit the Trygon. A Swarm doubles and lays a BM on the BTS. The Rangers lay a BM on the Lictors. The Guardians engage them. One to one. The Lictors die. The Trygons double up. The Guardians engage the Swarm on the left flank. It breaks. The Stealers engage the BTS. The Stealers are wiped out but the BTS is broken and below half.

Turn 3 Turn 3 Here comes the Avatar to save the day! He charges. The Trygons take him down to 1DC but break. The Firestorms double on the Dom, which still can't make a save, and kill it. A Swarm engages the Guardians. Four to four. After round two it's not pretty for the nids. The bugs are wiped out, and the Guardians unbroken. A Swarm doubles up. The Dom's bugs double. The Ranger lays a BM on the bugs in the center. A swarm absorbs the Doms bugs. The Guardians engage them, five to six, eldar. The bugs break. A Swarm doubles up. The rangers fail to double and regroup. A Swarm doubles onto the Eldar half of the table and contests. It's hit by the BTS. The Biovores break the Guardians on the hill. The Phoenix kill the BTS. The Guardians double. The Falcons engage the Swarm denying TSNP, which pulls the Guardians in. Four to three, Eldar. The Swarm breaks and the Falcons grab DTF. End of Game End of Game

woooo! talk about a no holds bar game! , (those are the best!). One thing I have to ask is that were you counting the.. sand barges? with rocks on them as? Also what did you think of your army list vs his? the eldar list was very different to what I use/ and see, no revenants, no SHT's, and bombers?. was this a, he used what he had or ?. GJ and nice pics, love your BR's!

Those hills we counted as scrub, but with true LoS (so you could see more than 10cm into them). This is pretty close to Karl's regular list. I know he has a bit more but I don't think that includes Revs and SHTs though. My saves weren't very good this game (I don't think I made one for the Dom or Harridan, and the Trygons and Haruspex didn't fair much better either) which made it pretty quick. Had the Dom managed to hold on I think I would have had a good control of the left flank. Eldar are always going to be tough to face though with their skimmers, high SR and triple retain.

Yeah you didn't get a lot of luck with those saves. Good to see a batrep with another race too, especially one that doesn't go to VPs!
