i like this table even more, your cityscape is very impressive, it has a nice balance of ruined buildings and untouched ones that give a good feel.

DEPLOY Turn 1 Initiative: Black Legion The Nurgle titan fire all his 6 missile against the tank company near the gargant, destroyning three tanks. The battle barge of the chaos army will arrive at the third turn. The black legion formation: the chaos titan (like banelord), one legion of tzeench and the assult company make a short advance, forcing the ork horde to move. The ork move the Great gargant and the stompa mob near the Imperial square, and the two warhorde advance supporting them. In the left side, the ork can start their overrun strategy with the kult of speed and a warhourde mounted in a battlefortress. The ork landa, full of an entire ork warhorde, bombard the tezeench dedicated black legion company. The great gargant and the stompa mob are in line of fire to the tzeench company in the house, ready to open a terrible first fire the next turn with thei Soopa gun. Turn 2 Initiative: Black Legion The terminator detachment appear to break the ork siege, and evecated some bloodletters engage and annihilate the warhorde with the battlefortress. The stompa mob open substained fire against the tezeench legion, but the thousands son with the high armour rexist the impact. The warlord titan make a march, and stop it very near the Great gargant; the proceed and bombard in substained fire the Tzeench company, causing it some casualties. The Tzeench black legion advance and open fire against the one ork tank company, destoying one tank. In the left side, one footed warhorde double move and create a circle near the combined forces of the terminatore and the just arrived tzeench legion, who before had overrun now risk to be overrunned. The second footed ork mob advance and open fire against the nurgle warlord titan, and all is void shield collapse. The turn end with the ork landa, and his bombing activity on the Tzeench legion. The chaos assault move near the nurgle titan, ready to launch a massive attack. Turn 3 Initiative: Black Legion The Chaos titan, with the assault company, followed by the evocated bloodletters, engage the great gargant and the ork warhorde, but the unluck hit them, the warlord titan fail togheter his titan killer extra attack (double 1), and the ork force win the engage. After this, the kult of speed followed by the warhorde with the stompa engage the tzeench legion, supported by the terminator. The engage is win by the orks, but had suffered a lot of casualties and the kult of speed fall back. After this, the terminator engage and win against the survived warhorde, that fall back near the kult of speed. The ork soopa stompa mob double move, and hit the terminator company killing one of them, that fall back. The ork advance appear now unstoppable, but the reaction of the scorpion arrive. The battlebarge enter on play, the pinpoint attack arrive to the soopa stompa, and the only one power field collapse; but the drop pod arrive exactly near the two ork formation in fall back, and the only deathwind destroy and annihilate everybody and everything. From the pod one fresh chaos legion desembark, and quickly engage the ork tank division, destroying all of them. Quickly, the left ork front collapse under the chaos attack. But, the second ork tank division double move, and with their soopa zzapp gun finish the warlord titan. The chaos had finish their activation, and the ork can take quietly one of the second chaos objective. The great gargant try to hold his primary objective, but don't arrive in time. Only the ork land attack force, with a desperate engage against the terminator, put the word end to the battle. All the terminator is destroyed, and the primary objective is on the ork hand. ...The battle is over. OBJECTIVE: Ork horde: 2 (blitzkrieg, conquer and defend) Black Legion: 1 (blitzkrieg)

some great pics there, i like theones withthe sun in them casting long shadows over the city, adds a nice sense of time scale to the fight. And that chaos Nugrle looking titan is fantastic. Thanks for the report Tim NZ

Usually, I will everythiing, but my dear friend Bob, write his army list in the bread's paper. I must create the sci fi map... I apologize, but at today, is only in italian language, but I can translate in future in english. Is, obviously, an experiment, and is not started at today. Nice. I will have to take a proper look at that link during my lunchtime. Could I ask whether the following 2 rules for the Chaos forces actually had any impact in the game at all: 1. Gaining or losing Daemons on the initiative roll of a 1 or a 6 2. Whether the Animosity rule played any impact for the Chaos forces throughout the game.

This two rule was applied, and I can say that in the first battle, wich with the steel legion, the animosity rule had punished the forces fo chaos in fall back. But this time, Bob made the right combinations on battlefield. The 1 or 6 on the dice, I think, don't change realistic the destiny of a battle. The two "1", called by us: "The Eyes of Schothos * * " rolled in the C/C with the (value 2+) TK D3 waapon by the banelord against the G. gargant, had changes the destiny of the battle, probably. My strategy I think was good, I've choose to put in my ork army more skilled nobz for rexist the impact of the deadly daemons and terminator, and I have choose a lot of fire power tk d3 with 2 company of blitz brigade, for a total of 4 soopa zzapp gun. Bob (chaos) made an error, I think. The legion on the drop pod, decided to arrive at the 3rd turn, was the only with the capability to summon 4D3, and arrived on the 3rd turn, it don't have the chance to summon his greater daemon. And finally, I think that the siege of the orks was very strong for the 1st and 2nd turn, broken only by the pod arrive on the 3rd turn; probably the arrive of the pod at the 2nd turn should decrease better the pression from the opponent chaos force.

Your terrain is so great! It's a delight to see your city terrain every time you do a battlereport! And I have to say that the nurgle titan almost made me want to do a nurgle army of my own, such a great piece. Glad to see the orks win... orks, orKS, ORKs, ORKS, ORKS, ORKS, ORKS cheers
