Tanks for the game as well. World Eater Player sets up the daemon Assault Engines and Banelord and the rest remains off-table. The Ork Player sets up his entire force. Pre-game table set-up …and from the Feral Ork end Note: All directions in battle report will be given from the standing point of the World Eater Player Garrisons: Feral Orks: Uge Warband (right-hand side objective) and overwatch World Eaters: None Teleports: None Turn 1 World Eaters win Initiative - Banelord sustains against the Wildboyz with the Havok Missile Launcher (12BP)  killing 1 nob and 4 wilboyz. The barrage also hits Boarboyz(1) killing 1 stand. - Madboyz Double to middle City Block - Daemon Assault Engines Double to middle crater - Boarboyz(3) march to left most city block - Junka(1) Double towards closest objective on left side - Wildboyz Marshal move and remove 1 BM - Boarboyz(2) fail to March and make a normal move following Boarboyz(3) - Boarboyz(1) attempt to Marshall and fail. They Regroup and remove 1 BM - Widboyz Uge Mob (BTS) double along left side city block following Boarboyz(3) - Junka(2) fail to March and make a single move behind right hand side city block. Rally Phase - All units remove BM with Junka(2) getting a stern shouting at by the Supreme Commander about getting on with the job. |

Turn 2 Teleports: None World Eaters win Initiative – elect for the Feral Orks to go first - Madboyz Double to centre crater. - Strike Cruiser activates. Barrage hits Junka(1) killing 1 Boyz and a Junka Truck. Dreadclaws drop to surface of the planet Dreadclaws Land. Green marker is the destination point. Feral Ork Player moves the Dreadclaws out of ZoC And the resulting Landing - Berserkers(1) retain the initiative and charge Junka(1).  …. Ferals lose 4 Boyz and 4 Junka trucks to the World Eaters 2 Dreadnoughts and 2 Berserkers. World Eaters win the eventual combat by 4. Junka(1) double away and Berserkers(1) consolidate towards city Block with 4BM (1 away from being broken). - Wildboyz cannot contain their enthusiasm and charge into Berserkers(2) …ensuing combat sees the ferals causing 9 hits on the Berserkers. 5 of these are saved thanks to the Skull Lord’s Invulnerable Save. Feral orks suffer 7 casualties in return (2 nobz + 5 Wildboyz). World Eaters win by 3 after the dice roll. Both units are broken. Wildboyz run off to the far right and Berserkers(2) double into back table crater. - Banelord doubles and fires at Madboyz in crater killing 1 - Junka(2) once again argue about their orders and fail. They make an eventual move towards broken Berserker(2) unit. - Daemon Assault Engines double to the left and fire at Junka(1) killing 3 and due to being broken, cause another 4 casualties on top of this. Junka(1) double back further out of range. - Boarboyz(3) cannot contain the excitement of combat and charge the daemon Assault Engines killing 1 Brass Scorpion and the Death Dealer. In return, the daemon Assault Engines wipe out the squad of Boarboyz. - Boarboyz(1) on Blitz attempt to Marshall and fail the attempt again. They decide to regroup again and this time remove all BM. - Widboyz Uge Mob (BTS) double towards Berserkers(1) and set up for a next turn charge. In doing so, they forget to shoot and therefore give up the chance to break the Supreme Commander unit for the World Eaters. - Boarboyz(2) March towards the far left objective. Rally Phase - All units rally except for World Eaters Berserkers(2), and Junka(1) End of Turn2 …and from the other side Turn 3 Teleports: Terminators near Boarboyz(1) to attempt to claim Blitz and attain 1 BM Feral Orks win Initiative and World Eaters lose 3 Daemons due to rolling a 1 for initiative.  - Widboyz Uge Mob (BTS) charge Berserkers(1) with the Squiggoths causing 5 normal and 6MW hits. The Berserkers(1) are wiped out for the total loss of 5 gretchin. The Daemon Prince was especially disgraced rolling 3x 1s for all his MW hits. - Junka(2) Doubles towards Terminators yet cause no hits - Banelord charges Madboyz killing 4 for the cost of 1 wound - Uge Warband(2) decide to come off 2 turns of overwatch to double and shoot at Terminators causing no kills due to terminators making all saves - Daemon Assault Engines fail to double forward and instead head towards contesting left most objective - Boarboyz(2) double to make it onto the opponent’s side of the table to stop the ‘They Shall Not Pass’ Objective. - World Eater Terminators charge Boarboyz(1) wiping out the unit for no kills due to making all their armour saves. Rally Phase - Junka(1) and Madboyz fail to rally. All other units remove BM or Rally. World Eaters: 0 Feral Orks: 0 Turn 4 Feral Orks win initiative - Boarboyz(2) charge daemon Assault Engines. After the dust settles, both sides are wiped out leaving no-one to contest the left side objective - Junka(2) retain the initiative to double and shoot at the Terminators sitting on the Blitz for no result other than a BM - Terminators summon the last 2 Bloodletters and charge Junka(2) killing a total of 15 units for no losses. Terminators consolidate a semicircle 11cm around objective. - Berserkers(2) retain the initiative and double back to close off access to Blitz and ensure the World Eaters the Blitz Objective. - Widboyz Uge Mob (BTS) double back to claim back 2 objectives on the left. - Banelord Charges Madboyz, wiping them out for 1 wound and consolidating on 2nd objective. - Widboyz Uge Mob(2) sustain against Terminators. Terminators make all saves and 1 Bloodletter dies. Game over World Eaters: 2 (Take and Hold + Blitz) Feral Orks: 1 (Take and Hold) World Eaters Terminators and Berserkers(2) withstanding all shooting and attacks to hold the Blitz, and Banelord standing on 2nd objective to win the game This was a fun game and caused a lot of discussion for us to try out a few different playtests for the upcoming v0.9 of the list out soon.
