The purpose of this thread is to record the results of games in order to calculate win/loss statistics to assist in army development.

Please record the results in the following style:

Code Sample:

Points Played: ZZZZ
Army A (Version X) vs Army B (Version Y)
Result: Army A wins
Score: N-M

In order to ensure fairness, please only record battles played according to the EA GT scenario.
Please only record the results of each game once, so double check to ensure your opponent hasn't already posted the results.

Feel free to add extra details such as army compositions if you wish.

Once we have 25 games reported for a specific army the margin of error drops below 10%, at which point I'll start posting current percentages and margins of error.

Here's what I was able to find by looking at some old posts on a local forum. The 4k games were with some new players, not sure if they should be included in anything you're compiling zombo.

Dave brings up a good point here (although he doesn't know it yet).  You should set a time limit on how retroactively you want the battlestats to go.  Otherwise you could end up with people cherry picking their past wins, inadvertently or not.  Of course you could get that anyway by not making a time limit but it certainly keeps the numbers from potentially skewing early on.

Thanks, Dave. You saved me some work, although it's kind of depressing to see how often I lose.

I'd recommend only allowing games that use the lists "current", or better, at the start date of this collation.

So, Tyranid v8 or lower wouldn't count, etc.

Thanks Mosc. :p

I did purposely only include the most up to date reports thinking that those were the only ones Zombo wanted. I out smarted myself again.

I agree with Chroma though, keep it the latest stuff.

And DS, only two of those games are against you, 9/14 and 10/26. We're even with the latest lists.

I'd say only current lists versions, and only go back in time one or two games per person, lest we start cherry picking wins. Battle reports can go back further.

Try not to include games against newbie/intro games etc.

What if both players are newbies?
