Scenario: I have a Landa full of a mob of boyz and looking at the board, there is no big target I want to assault turn 1. However, there is ... say for example, a lone Tau Orca sitting in one of my corners with a couple of Tau and a few blast markers from the orks they just destroyed. Can I Air Assault this unit but tell the boyz to stay inside? If I do, does the number of boyz count when working out the result? This is probably stupid in most cases, but it would mean at the end of the turn I could fly off with the boyz to do the real assault on the next turn, yes? I think this is late night crazy Ork strat brain working, but I appreciate the input! Joel |

you could indeed assault with the boyz inside and they would count towards unit size |

In this senario, can the orks disembark paticipate in the engagement and when (if) they win use their consolidation move to embark in the flier? |

Don't forget that any BMs and leaders / Inspiring also count towards the assault as they are all part of the "single" formation. |
