So what's the deal with the Tin Bot or TinBot or Runt Bot or whatever it's called. I couldn't find them in the Epic Armageddon Compendium. How many of these suckers can you field? What is their cost? Who can you field them with? ![]() |

Those are Tin-bots. We run them in groups of 5, like Imperial robots ... Like in SM1 & SM2 ... Quote: What is their cost? Depends on what rules you are using. We use SM1/SM2 : 5 = 150 pts. As far as fielding them. SM1, generally 0-2 Mobs/Warband. Or SM2 0-3 per Company level card ... IIRC ...
Who can you field them with? |

I would use them as a Ork Dreadnaught. |

IIRC wasn't that a Rogue Trader era figure and not epic? They make a good stompa proxy I'd expect (don't remember their size) |

In EA, ork stuff is meant to be almost all unique one-offs, so that the rules group them in loose classes instead of giving each type a precise name. Any ork walker would fall somewhere on this continuum (small to large): killah kan - dreadnought - stompa - supa stompa - gargant - great gargant Pick a size you think is appropriate and consistent with the rest of your army, and use the rules for that. |

Were they not supposed to be stompas? Tinbots were a 40k creation and were the same size as the squat, marines and elder they represented? |

Thanks ! The rear wheels on that one did not mold out well. So I replaced them with some extra 1/72 scale Pz.IV road wheels ... ![]() |
