I like the way you and Chroma set up the Emperor class titans for the compendium. I'm definitely willing to including it like that.

As far as reducing its power, I'd be more inclined to drop the DC than drop its armor rating. Taking it to the same ratio as the other Imperial-Ork comparison would make it DC16 (down from DC18 as it is now) to the Emperor's DC12. Based on the current point estimate, that would take it down to ~1250, in line with the Emperor and in keeping with the comparable chassis being the same points.

Past that I'd be inclined to reduce assault values if needed. It doesn't have the extra FF attacks of the Emperor titans, but I could still see CC/FF of 4+. That would give it the same average hits as a Great Gargant, which is similar to the Emperor/Warlord relationship.

When working up stats for the Emperor Titans for the AMTL, we gave any weapon short of a battlecannon in size the chop, abstracting it away into the firefight value.

Currently the Mega Gargant's weapons are:

The big guns have an interplay with the AA upgrade they can get E&C.

E&C: I'm inclined to change the Wyrdboy tower to match up with the Ferals. It's a fun part of the model. I would consider dropping the Big Gunz.

TRC: The Mega isn't eligible for mek upgrades at the moment.

man there be some haters on the big titans. any update on this? i run the Mega G in my bigmob when i play 5000 point games.
