Just for information and as the Decimator issue has caused a lot of debate over here, we have to decided to keep the same list structure but to try out the following stats:

1-3 Decimator: 225 pts. each, Initiative 3+ (with Faction rule)

Move: 15 cm
Armor: 4+
CC: 6+
FF: 4+
Weapons:
2x Reaper Autos: 30 cm AP4+/AT6+, left arc
2x Reaper Autos: 30 cm AP4+/AT6+, right arc
Decimator Cannon: 45cm 3BP, MW, Ignore Cover, Fxd Frontal.

Reinforced Armor, Fearless

The reasoning behind the lower initiative is that its a daemon engine, thats why its fearless.

But all other daemon engines are Initiative 1+

People in our playgroup are fully against the idea of moving the Decimator to allies. The arguments against this change are fully described in the thread on the latest BL changes.

Also, the trend is actually for daemon engines to have init 2+, not 1+.

After a lot of playtesting of this, we actually like this change to init 2+, as well as the other stat changes. Decimators are now an unlimited support choice in the BL List, along with terminators and chosen.

We are thinking of moving the Death Wheel back to support, for the same point cost as right now, but with 5+ armor and 2+ init.

We find these changes much more satisfactory than the allies dump.

edit: Actually we have changed very little from the netea lists, though we do wish for some more evolution.

The only lists that we now are moving completely away from are the Chaos lists, for which we are writing our own codex, as we find none of the existing lists satisfying.
