When this was in process, Steve54 and I butted heads over it. In the end the NetERC made it official based on a 2-1 vote over my objection. In retrospect, Steve54 was correct. The list is more flexible than I initially believed. I want to give credit where it is due and admit that I made a mistake. Thanks to Steve for doing a good job developing the list. |
