You may want to label them as Minataur
Tanks in the listing, just in case, to make sure no-one not so familiar assumes actual Minatuars - there are epic models for Minataurs after all.
Is the eventual plan to have multiple lists matching each Vraks book and level of depth of corruption, or to do one overall list with all the options eventually and leave it up to players if backgrounwise they choose to limit their choices and field an earlier stage, without the newer things like beastmen, daemon engines and khorne/nurgle marines?
