There are lots of threads, lots of issues etc etc.

There seems to be two main pulls - 1) changing the core list by ironing out the wrinkles, by looking at air etc. And 2) looking at demon summoning and everything else.

Interestingly if the demon summoning/list structure changed would it not change all the rest of the lists balance?

So what should we be doing? Looking at the changes to the core, then looking at them afresh if any of the other stuff comes up later?

Or looking at the core mechanics then everything else (demon summoning, army structure etc)? Which raises the question are the demon summoning rules amongst the core mechanics or are they an optional extra with an army doing fine with or without them?

At this stage, the floor is open, we can consider anything that appears to be a problem or could be improved upon. In the end, it probably is best to go with conservative changes unless they're really fantastic. Still, for the time being, lots of discussion (and playtesting!) is no bad thing.
