Well, I'm getting married on the 4th, and my fiance and I have moved into a new house, so we've been very busy lately...

I finally squeezed in enough time to play a game with one of my groomsmen. Didn't have enough time to do a full battle report, just wanted to play and took some snaps!

Battlefield:

4x6 - Tournament Scenario level of terrain
Biel-Tan chose edge deployment.

Deployment:

Biel-Tan kept Aspect Warhost 1 off-board in the Vampire.

Black Legion kept the Chosen in reserve.

Black Legion garrisoned both Forlorn Hopes and Retinue 2.

Remaining deployment as shown:

It was a great game of give and take. *laugh* Revenants got broken by the Chosen, Ravager got hammered down to 1DC, the Avatar trashed 5 out of 6 Land Raiders (with some help!), but in the end, Black Legion took it 2 (Blitz, Take and hold) to 0 (none) for Biel-Tan.

Was good to roll the dice again!

Was also nice to see how well a "ground-pounder" Black Legion force could do.

He sure did! Got in a big scrap, and supported a bunch of other assaults... sometimes that guy can do a lot of damage!
