I think the best option would be for the two list developers to come to a private, mature agreement on how to move forward, whether as the current two lists, a combined list or possibly making the decision to focus each list on a specific campaign or army type in order to make the differences between them more acceptable.

Epic: Hive Development Thread

I like this idea.    Frogbear has already done some work on Heresy??/post-heresy WEs as well as a post-skalathrax list, and I've mainly focussed on a post-skalathrax design. We could do an all-encompassing "book".

I think Epic army lists should be campaign specific rather than generic. Accordingly, I see no problem with there being two World Eater lists if the developers could agree to which aspect of the chapter they are trying to portray. This might be an easier and more interesting approach than forcing two developers to a compromise neither is happy with.
