As long as we're repeating ourselves, I'll chime in again for removing it completely.

I don't like rules that force you down certain avenues when building an army - especially when they actively work against the background as presented in the fluff. As it stands, the Stigmatus Coven and Black Legion are supposed to be united groups of Chaos worshippers. The factions rule discourages the use of multiple factions. It serves no balance purpose (the most powerful lists are mono or undivided), and actively works against the fluff.

If we're not repeating ourselves... eh, I can live with 15cm. It's annoying when setting up assaults, but as far as "comedy failure" goes it could be worse.

Black Legion: I like the creativity in the rule suggestions you have posted, but again, I just view it as being an unnecessary change.

Nothing that has been posted by those who are in favour of the change to the existing rule has convinced me that it is at all necessary to change it, and my view has not changed during the downtime on the boards.
