I've started putting together a LaTD force from the Stigmatus list and I had a couple of questions about list balance and the different Chaos factions that can be included.

1. Is the list designed so that you need to pull some units from each Chaotic faction to be competitive or can you just use a couple?  Some of the factions seem to have a leg up with regards to WE selections and I was curious if this was part of the list design or a function of something else.

2. Has anyone run a single faction, like a pure Nurgle Cult (pun intended), list successfully?

Since all Cults can draw from the "Traitor Guard" section, they can all be run pretty successfully as Faction "pure".

I've run pure Tzeentch and pure Slaanesh armies at 3000 points with no probems at all.

There was also a pure Nurgle Cult player around my area, but he played with a different group of people and I haven't seen him in a while... his Contagions were a real pain in the butt!  *laugh*

So you can mix-and-match as you like, or stay "consistent", both approaches can work.

I've also played with a single faction LatD list, as seen here.

On larger games I tend to use multiple fractions and then have to be careful that ones that hate each other are kept apart, this does not always happen.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm kind of a fluff junkie and I was trying to avoid fielding a "rainbow brigade" of Chaos colors if possible.  It's good to hear that the lists will acommodate this.
