Been thinking about Doom Sirens and on re-reading the rule, the final paragraph jumped out at me as a very good reason to add Doom Sirens to a formation - Doubling the size in an engagement. This could be a very useful benefit and I plan to try this out with a standard EC Retinue.

Great one retinue to finish painting, defilers & rhinos next and then all I have to do is base the lot of them. Will be getting some games in soon then. :;):

As a side-note and "too late" comment, those "havoc launcher" upgrades (as in Red Corsairs etc) to rhinos would have been a nice AA choice for EC instead of Debaser...
(both I guess are made-up things but the latter would be a bit more mobile choice =)
