Is there any reason why they are not included in the Lost of the Damned list?
The Decimator at least seems to me that it would make sense as a corrupted superheavy.

The Decimator is an old Super Heavy pattern that Abaddon took from an Imperial Forge World and uses in his Black Legion armies. It isn't an active Imperial pattern and so wouldn't be in use by LatD forces.
Deathwheels are also, in the fluff, specifically a Black Legion unit built by Abaddon (IIRC).
To be fair if your opponents don't mind then go ahead and use them :-)
