Steve over at Heritage Studios has had a few problems and Heritage have effectively ceased trading, through no fault of Steve. There were announcements about two months ago. I am not sure on the status of uncompleted orders, but I am sure that someone will be able to help you out. It may be worth contacting Doug directly (darkone, on these boards).

I am not really sure why there is still a link to Heritage as they have not been processing orders for some time now. I've emailed Doug and Paul to see if they can update their sites since, AFAIK, Steve is not taking orders and there is no change in that status at all.

If you are in the US or Canada check out my shop at Cloud City Games

I'm carrying the entire Dark Realm range.

I have been unable to update my site at all for a couple of months now.

I apologise for the confusion caused.

I cannot speak officially for DRM in this instance, but I know that for a long time there was hope that Steve would manage to get things back on Track & return to "active service" if you will regarding being DRM (& indeed Baccus' too) rep in the states.

Since the HS site is now offline, it will hopefully no longer be a problem, but as I state to PG, I will include the removal of the links in the first update I have a chance to do.

What exactly happened?  Lack of business or just personal stuff?

Thanks Tuffskull. Hopefully you'll be able to get access to your site soon... that must be annoying as heck.

LoDown you can safely cancel the credit card or Paypal order as its pretty certain that Steve isn't going to be shipping product in this instance.

Don't know what happened to Steve, I've talked to him several times in the past, before Christmas, IIRC. He lives the next state over (me = OH/him = PA).  Whatever happened hope he's alright.  But I did an ordered to DRM/UK ... had no problem ...  I'm kind of an e-pal of Doug's so I deal with him direct thru e-mail often. :D

I believe I'm right in saying that Last Doug (DRM Boss) heard, he was being un-expetedly shipped out to Iraq.

Its fair to say it certainly wan't lack of business. I know he shifted heaps of Baccus & he made up around 50% of DRM sales last year!

Our best wishes certainly went with him for a safe return. Fingers crossed.

DRM was doing really well with Heritage Studios.

Due to unforseen circumstances we know that Heritage Studios has been delayed with its orders and I have no idea why the website has been taken down.  All I know is that contact with him has been non existant and I do hope he is ok.  At least with the website down people wont get the wrong idea about him since he had a really good reputation and as mentioned earlier did really well with the Baccus line.

I'm sure DRM is/will do fine in the US. Regardless of where it's bought.  Baccus, DRM, E/W ... all new sci-fi lines are clearly IMO, the replacements for G/W getting out of the 6mm Sci-fi realm ...  :D
