The SoW playing members of my local club and myself have been talking for a long time of getting together & playing a stupidly large game of Seeds of war.

Details are yet to be confirmed, but Provisional plan is for a Saturday in October (3rd, 10th, 17th or 31st) and the Games Shop in Aldershot is more than happy to host Us. Cost will be about Ã‚Â£5 each for use of their war room for the day, with the option to set up on the Friday night if it looks like its going to be truly gargantuan .

The Games Shop is a really well set up gaming environment with lots of scenery and tables, as well as plenty of vending machines & facilities to keep us going... not to mention that the owner is a mate of mine too, so of course I'm not biased...

Dates, times and all details are awaiting confirmation, but drop me a line or post here if you're interested & I can get a better feel for what's needed!

I usually make sure all images of me are well obscured by paint brushes... Oh well. I'm 27. Or 21 if you only count the years since my introduction to gaming

We ended up playing "just" 5K a side (average game is about 600) . My Kraytonians allied with james' (aka Mr Toaster) Andrayada against Alex's (aka The 'Gers) and the "studio" pax armies. The original plan was to play more like 10K, wrapping the table into a huge "T", but lack of generals limited us to this level of mayhem - next time maybe! More pics tomorrow

A good looking table is a joy to look at. Thanks for sharing! Ive got the SoW rules but have been immersed in learning Epic...havent tried it yet. One of these days!
