Not a pilot, but yinstead of the Baa Baa Black Sheep* Squadron** you could have the..

Waagh! Waagh! Black Ork Sqwadron

===
*Baa Baa Black Sheep was a 1970's TV show about the Black Sheep Squadron.

** The Black Sheep Squadron was a US Marine air squadron in the Pacific theater in WWII.

Taken perhaps from the Canadian "Black flight" of 10 RNAS squadron, led by Raymond Collishaw in WW1?

Makfrit Rikorken & Orky Squig'nbuker + Dorky Orky'ntin! LOL ! ?:laugh: ?:alien: ?(The WWII USMC Black Sheep took their name from being a supposed "ad hoc", "misfits", etc. ... but that was played up a bit by the media. And Pappy Boyington their CO was a bit of a "misfit" ! ?:) )

Ginger:  What L4 said.  The original name they called themselves was "Boyington's Cads" but that wasn't in keeping with the press sensibilities at the time so they changed it to meet the press boys' requests for better copy.

Snoopy would have to become "Squiggy" surely?

And "Biggles" would have to become "Greatles" (what self respecting ork would settle on 'big' when he could be 'great'?.  Trying to remember back to the books in my grandfathers attic that I used to devour on holidays when I was a kid.  The other biggles characters? Archie? Ginger? Archie = "Waaghchie"?

Random musings before a caffeine wake-up call
