We used jiffy bags for Exodus Wars (for smaller orders) back in the day, they aren't exclusive to HLS Models :). I suspect you've just been unlucky chap.

With cling film? nothing wrong with jiffy bags if the items you put in them fit, or fold over an A4 envelope to fit A5 package - in this case it wasnt

Dale has emailed me twice of both issues and has assured me that the issues raised with him will be investigated and where necessary rectified.

Cant ask fairer than that. We shall see how my third order arrives.

Well the package that was meant to make amends that contained the 100 winter novans showed up, only 87 of them made the post - reason? no packaging inside the container - hell I would even give them an extra £1 to go to a pound shop to buy some cheap sponges to put inside the container - pics available upon request but from here on out I'm trading with Vanguard

It's unfortunate that they arrived broken but in all honesty the winter infantry do get breakages this is why I put a few extra loose figures in my bags to cover for such an occurance. I get quite a few broken or bent figures on sprues from the casters but as I bag all my stuff myself I can usually spot busted sprues these are put aside for the spares I chuck in the packs. I tend to pack infantry in a way that hopefully they don't get broken during transit. Those blister packs show are not ideal for transporting such figures.

HLS stock of my DiD range is the legacy remnants from steelcrowns old stock I do not supply them or anyone else for that matter with my in house products. I was most suprised to find my models on sale in another store especially when I hadn't been consulted beforehand but well there you go anyway thanks for the vote of confidence in my service junkstar it's appreciated, I look forward to supplying you.

Cheers

moredakka - I am glad you have seen this, I was going to send you an email to let you know about this issue but clearly this is a problem you are aware of and rectify it by adding more sprues to the blister/ packs.

Unfortunately having a brick and mortar store, blisters are a necessary evil for display purposes, packs don't really display well. So I suppose thanks are in order for not agreeing to supply me.

I am just glad that I found out about as well, before sending anymore out. I really hate letting people down. I haven't heard back from junkstar if the replacement Centuria arrived in a good state and whether the free bases were well received. However, I am really happy that he will get what he wants from you. This community needs good manufacturers and suppliers. Hopefully, I might someday get up your standard of service.

junkstar - Please can you confirm when you have received the full refund for your last order. It should be in your account within a few days.

I wish the both of you all the best in your future gaming endeavours.

Cheers,

Dale

Hi Doomkitten,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I am working with Tom to sort out an order to bring all of Exodus Wars 6mm lines into stock. I will confirm the timings shortly.

Thanks for your patience.

Cheers,

Dale

What % of your 6mm scifi sales are face to face in store transactions, compared to online sales?
Assuming that online is much more, why not package to support the largest channel with the lower risk of damage to products sold via that channel.

(best of luck in general and im sure ill order some EW from you in the future, the blister stuff just doesn't make sense to me though im afraid!)
