Hey Tom, as you surly know, i ordered qite a bit on the second week of Novemeber 2014. Not delivery so far, as you know, because i told you about 5 Times to get that sorted. You personally told me on the 11th of December that it will be shipped on the 15th of December 2014. I am not interested ina refund but i want to make clear, that this kind of hebavior is absolutely contraproductive, i would accept a 2 weeks delivery timeline, but 10 weeks is simply unacceptable. Why the heck does that take so long? Someone told me that the mobile command center should be on stock at your shop it it is obviously on stock, visual on your store. Is my Order shipped by now, if so pls give me a tracking number as PM! Thanks! |

No troubling me at all...i got the whole lot 4 Weeks ago, but i had a bad clampack in the delivery wich says Edenite Jump Troops, but are Zombies! Since then i am waiting again....it is so sad,they have really cool miniatures and i would sepnd a lot of Money with them, but with that Service only 4 Orders a Year are possible ;-) It must be 16 weeks by now.... |

Not to take anything away from Zoid's problems but I thought it might be helpful to provide feedback on my recent order also. I ordered from Steel Crown on the 16th Feb and received my order yesterday (25th) by recorded delivery. All items were correctly contained in the package and I was very satisfied with the service provided. |

Hey Zoid & Bissler, Thanks for your comments. I've only been waiting a week or two, but have been following your comments on the issue. I guess fairly balanced. I guess I am comparing to my experiences with company's like GHQ, Baccus & yes the dreaded GW. Recent orders took an average of 9 days from the UK/US to where I live - New Zealand. That is pretty good by our standards. It is not the time - thus far; it is the difficulty with communication that erodes confidence. I know they are great miniatures and that there is a lot of stuff going on - but fans support the industry and customers expect products + reliability in return for patronage. Nothing compared to Zoid's experience... Cheers Guys J2C |

Having similar issues to Zoid. Placed an order in early December and I was told they were having some inventory issues and it would be shipped early Jan then I received another email saying "Ok sorry. It will be shipped mid Jan." Then another email at the end of January "Your order has been shipped". Its been over a month now since it was "shipped". Nine weeks to ship the order and now 5 weeks after it was shipped and still hasn't arrived. |

I used to order tournament prizes regularly without too many problems (some delays) until the 1st half of 2014 when we had three orders that were 1 never sent with emails ignored eventually got them well after the tournament and then 2+3 were both allegedly sent but never arrived again with emails ignored until weeks later managed to get 'replacements' through PMS on this board. After those I haven't used them again for prizes (apart from expo when they sponsored the prizes -managed to get half of what was promised in November after calling them out on here still waiting for the other half 9 months after the event). Not only for the slow delivery but more for the complete lack of honest customer service. I always wanted to support them as board members and 6mm supporters and IMO that's the only thing that has stopped them getting slated on here. If it was another company they would be ripped on here far before now. |

Definitely encouraging feedback, we've recently embarked on a few processes to help the store. Moving the customer service in house will definitely help. At the moment I deal with emails and checking the forum (helped by the legend that is L4 and then communicate any issues back to the office where our new packer (or Order Fulfilment Specialist - we need to come up with a sassy job title) Catalina deals with them. Things are a bit strained at the moment, since incorporating TMG and OM order volumes have tripled and we need to come up with a better way of dealing with the increased volume of communications required. I'd like to thank you all for your patience. |

I got to say I had similar issues to Zoid and Steve54. When the Valkyrie flyers were first talked about being made I placed an order for about 4 to 5 packets of them. They never came and it was way past the time I could get my money back on paypal. I would never and have never bought from them since. |

Another 2 weeks have passed still no delivery, so its week 16 or so...i would like to get a refund fot those Edenite Jump troops. As it seems they will never reach me at least not in this life! |
