I sent you guys an email a couple of days ago to see when my order was shipped as it's been around 3 weeks now since i placed the order but i've yet to get a response...

I just sent you another email. Tom and I have just discovered that alot of my emails have been delayed or have infact failed to send.
I am very sorry for the delay in your order. It has become my top priority to find out what went wrong and of course get them to you asap!

I was guessing something had gone wrong somewhere along the lines as i've always had good service from you guys

(Also... if it's helpful i've still not received an email, you'll need to hit the grots harder... )

Also having trouble -- ordered new Tranport Valkyries and Edenite Walkers on 7Mar2011 and no joy thus far. Also no response to first attempt to find out the order's status by means of the suggested contact e-mail and just moments ago ( before seeing this post ) made a second attempt. Now I have to order the jump troopers.

My order from s6 took six weeks, despite being shipped within days. Customs is treating every overseas package as if it could be a printer bomb right now. Hang tight.

Yes and no... Ordered A LOT of stuff from Steel Crown over the years without any problems ever. Great customer service and generally super fast responses to any enquiries. Also I have noted that the postal delays from overseas seemed to be earlier this year around Xmas thru February. I have been rapidly getting items from the UK for the last month or so. My chief concern is that the package issue cannot be addressed if no one is aware that it is missing ( because my messages are not getting through or being responded to ) -- it is the aberration in my usual experience that had me worried.
