Well the turrets and chassis's will be available separately, so there is nothing to stop you taking our new APC (kinda simular to the M113) and sticking a turret to the top :D.

I think they should be dedicated to L4, and based on M113s.

Mmyup.

I don't know chap, what is the 4th Legion vehicles are bought and then painted in lurid, psychedelic colours? I do not want to be responsible for that level of rage.

Good point !!  :sus:  *No AFVs in other than Tactical/Camo colors.  L4SoTR, page 1 ...  :))

Or that dome might be a cover for an air-search radar and it's a launcher for area defense SAMs.

There is nothing to stop it fulfilling both roles - depending on ammunition of course. As long as it can angle correctly and has the correct targetting software and sensors it should be sound as a pound.

Which reminds me: The sensor dome probably needs to be reworked slightly so it doesn't get in the way of the weapon pods (depending a bit on werther these are going to be seperate pieces or the turret is going to be cast as a single piece.)

Ideally I'd like the turret to be a single piece, personally I think having two components is a happy medium between ease of assembly and being able to easily manipulate your figure for variety in formations.

What does everyone else think?

I agree, less pieces the better!

Good point. The Hydra turrets can be a bit fiddly to assemble when you want your barrels to be parallel.
Ultimately I supppose it comes down to printing and casting issues.
