I'm sure someone will take pics for the forums at Salute.

Further news: Dom's managed to assemble a blister of Gurdan lancers for Salute. As there is only on it'll be around for preview only. It's a full month until it's released properly.

In other news: Dom will be posting an announcement today about the Guild Tarragin War Host which is released today.

But I think I liked JL's project when it was a Large Walking Robot. It seemed to have has changed/loss something in transit.

Well, if something walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, you can still get sued even if you don't call it a duck, if you catch my drift. At least that's the rumor I heard.

True True and I understand but it still saddens me. Wish it could have been like other Walking Robots I've seen. But EW does do great work for the Epic community. I still need to order some Necr...errr Edients.

Am I allowed to say that it wasn't a "transit" and that the original LWR project is also now property of the EW team . . .

. . . and they love it.

So despite great periods of time where by nothing has come forth for the LWR project, it has not gone away.

Excellent news. I was talking with Tom at Salute and he mentioned it but would like to know the rough size of the LWR? How tall will it be?

Interesting... am I right in interpreting there's a chance some LWRs along the lines we saw it might surreptitiously come into being? As soon as I saw the Behemoth pics on the blog I assumed that was never to be (for understandable reasons) and was sad.

The Behemoth is nice enough it's own way and a good addition to your ranges... it's just not something I'd be interested in myself and I'd gone back to trying to work out how to convert an old too small old style LWR to a truescale one (not easy).

The LWR is 104mm

The large behemoth is about 75mm

So from the images I've seen the Behemoth has two arm mounts and three carapace mounts for primary weapons, plus numerous secondary mounts? Will there be different classes or sizes of Behemoth in the fullness of time?

At the moment it's small, medium and large behemoth's. The large Behemoth will have a two and a four legged design. It's all about versatility with a range of heads and a bewildering amount of weapons.

Oh and I was bullied into commissioning a troop transport weapon. An assault infantry Behemoth deployment pod (BDP).
