I'm guessing the second is an error?

Also, how well do the weapons attach? I notice that WMN left them off. I always assumed that they attached under the engine housings on the top of the fuselage, a location no longer available, as far as I can tell. Will they attach Hind style to the sides of the transport pod?

Hehe, yeah. That would probably be an error. Also the pack isn't supposed to contain any seperate weapons: The transport compartment (which was originally designed to be a clip on component that would replace the weapons) covers the two weapon sockets. Just a small internal communications error If you still wanted weapons you could probably stick them on the sides of the fuselage instead though.

So: to summarize: The pack is supposed to contain 4x Valk bodies + 4x Valk tails. Period. (Tom or Dom please correct me if I'm wrong )

Um, if that's the case, what would it take to get the Valkyrie weapons (cannon and rockets) up in the component store? I need to differentiate between Valks and Vendettas somehow...

Also a number of new aircraft weapon systems will be released with the Harpy that uses the same socket... There's also some pretty cool weapons being developed for the *** (which is almost complete BTW... ) /tease mode...

sorry to sound like a broken record, but i've asked a whole bunch of times and havent heard back yet.
what sort of a time frame do we have on those empire conscripts? I have an army which is rather begging for basic infantrymen and i'd really like to use these guys for it. hoping to know if i need to use something else while i wait...
(and obviously i desperately want a trenchcoat wearing version aswell, but thats an army not so immediately pressing)

Well, It's a bit uncertain actually. The project stalled a bit, but AFAIK Zombo has now sent the models for prototyping. Like everybody else I'm very much looking forward to seeing these beauties in the flesh! Provided that there's no unforseen casting issues it shouldn't take more than a couple of months before production casts would be ready for sale, but considering the recent streak of bad luck in that regard, I think everyone is a bit iffy about promising anything. Not being able to meet the original January/february release window has been rather unfortunate in the first place. Failing to meet a second deadline is simply not acceptable. For that reason I don't think any promises can be made untill the caster has made the moulds and test pieces have been cast.

Oh, and by the way: There's both troopers with and without trench coats
