Does a formation of four "imperial guard valkyrie" that shoot the "rocket pod" weapon doing 8BP and do they have to shoot the two rocketes together or they can shoot just one of them?

You could even fire a single, 1BP rocket attack if you were so inclined, saving 7BP for later.
