I remember a time when the Rough rider attack stats were discussed, and the EA was removed?
The Death Korps riders dont have it, and are priced the same (though with a 5+ armor).
What's correct? Or is my memory cloudy?

Are you sure? Looking at the EUK army list it has them down as 'First strike, EA(+1),
