Edit: I deleted the original posting and I present you my new approach, a full list. The attachments are one pdf for the units I designed and one pdf for the list. I will try the list next tuesday and leave feedback here. The army has one special rule, their network of tunnels. They work similar to Necron gates, except that they can be used by tanks.

Tunneling network:
The ILA uses a broad network of tunnels to quickly change places and to surprise enemys. This network can be used by armies of the ILA in the following way. Each unit which is held in reserves, may enter the table via a tunnel exit. A may also leave the table via such an exit, but each exit may only be used once per turn. It can be used by Infantry, Light Vehicles and Armoured Vehicles, but not by War Engines.
