What is the official DKoK list? Is it what is found in the Siege v1.14? Does that mean that the Death Korps lists are no longer valid?

Also, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to download v1.14. Is it located in more than one place?

The current ERC Death Korps list can be found in Siege 1.15: http://tinyurl.com/yelwmm4

However it will soon be updated to 1.16 as per discussions here: http://tinyurl.com/ybnvckz

The list will be locked down and finished by Dec 31st.
