In line with Neals schedule tis almost Guard month.

To that end the rough schedule is:

People come forward with the lists, or confirm that the lists pinned above are active and they are leading them. Preferably by Monday.

People test them :)

And towards the end of the month as many as possible get to version 1 'hopefully balanced' or version 1.1 'definitively balanced' :).

I'll use the pinned thread above listing, well, lists and re-order it based on people coming forward here saying a list is active and re-do the links.

Reply to this thread for now with the list, links etc.

Steel Legion x regiment the x's (no clear idea of a name yet!)
Net EA changes to the Imperial Guard
(link to come)

Siegemasters  x regiment the x's
Net EA changes to the siegemasters
(link to come)

Siegemasters  x regiment the x's
Directors cut, the way they should be i.e. a lot of old models
(link to come)

Motor Brigade
Mechanised spearhead list
(link to come)

For all these I am going to do a bare bones word file of list, special rules and units.

If someone (say Neal who likes his infantry) has an idea of how to do an infantry regiment well I would love to hear it!

@TRC:
Perhaps for Net:EA variant lists, change the name entirely, so the Net:EA's 'steel legion' army list will be called the 'Steel Dragoons', or something, to avoid the confusion of having two or three different Steel Legion army lists.

Same with Siegemasters, don't have 'Director's cut', have 'Knebworth Siegemasters', 'Baran Siegemasters', etc.

TRC, I am not exactly sure what you are looking for, but the Minervan Armored List can obviously be found in my sig link.  IMO the list is fairly balanced.  The most recent changes were ones that you recommended and almost all of them were small nerfs, so that should count for something.  Is that what you needed?

I guess i haver todo a bare-bone army list of my Steel Legion PDF. Thats without fancy grafics etc. The reason is that i don't have MS Word anymore and OpenOffice mackes a mess of the formating :(
But th elist is ready. I only need to remove the fire arcs from the Stormswords (Twin)Heavy Bolters and the Leviathans Twin Lascannons and update the stats of the Medusa's Siege Cannon to be conform with current developements.

But hey Interest for this list seems pretty low anyway :D

Catachan...

Is anyone planning to revise the Fanatic list?  Is Chroma's the only one in play?

Is it good/bad/too much for a list to knock out something like this for easy reference?

Well obviously lists in big shiny supplements don't need to, but for others it might be nice if they were consolidated.

This is the word file I used.

I have a variant I posted a year ago.  I will be trying to get updated versions of it, the Ork Hunters and the Savlar Chem Dog list.  Also, I'll be trying out a Jopall indentured list I've been thinking on.

Ehm...i made a list (without points values yet) for a Generic Imperial Guard Army.
It more closely mimics the organisational structure of a Reiment.
I really don't think that it will be used in an actual game but perhabs it can be used as inspiration :)
So here it is. Enjoy.

Here are the newly updated Chem-Dog and Ork Hunter lists that I've adjusted based on a little bit of play testing and the listed organizational structure of most guard regiments.

http://the.epic.gamer.googlepages.com/chem-dogs.pdf

http://the.epic.gamer.googlepages.com/ork_hunters.pdf

And this is my new Jopall Indentured list that I've been thinking on for a month or so.

http://the.epic.gamer.googlepages.com/j ... ntured.pdf

I've cut off from my main PC at the moment so I can't get these looking as pretty as I usually try to.  I'll see about redoing them at the end of the month if there are any list adjustments.

I will be trying to get my Catachan list up soon as well.  It is based on their presence on the planet of Veridian when Hive Fleet Kraken attacked it.

So maybe a special type of inf AA unit could be worked up?

I think I know the perfect model:

Gentlemen, somewhat off topic, so I have started an infantry regiment thread.

Here's my latest Catachan setup; please take a look and let me know what you think!

I hope to have updated Cadians up later today.
