I'm fine with 1 in 10, I just think people should be aware of how it forces certain behaviours on the formation (especially for that points).

Has the Saber Lb Autocannons or just regular ones? If Lb then 4 5cm is correct if regular then it would have only a range of 15cm (-15cm for being a ground based AA-unit and a further -15cm for having a 360° fire arc).
If the Hydra wouldn't get this nerv it would have the 75cm range of an Battlecannon which is correct for the Hydras Autocannon in Wh40k too (72" same as a Battlecannon)

Salamanders would fit, because they acutally care about civilians :) But for a siege Imperial Fists would fit even more :)

I see I costed the fighters 'somewhat cheaply' (sadly I'm not perfect) but the 1/4 allies thing is still there. But yes in that list they are definitively 50 points too cheap (at 125 whereas I reckon they should be 175), what was I thinking. Would have meant 6 formations with 10 lots of guns in support :)

But that was the issue? Nothing else? The infantry/AA guns combo I will always hold to be over rated as the times I tried with it or played against (the siege list) it the best it could do was draw (this was with bombers and fighters in support, not just thunderbolts of which you can max out at 5 formations in a siege list), though that was also with forts for the stuff to hide in.

There also lots of calls to differentiate the structure and style of play more from the Siegemasters.

Yes, I can understand that (and indeed since you've surpassed yourself E&C I support it :) See, being good is never good, if you were merely average and call it codex krieg you would have gotten away with it :)  ), was interested what the original balance issue was though.

I don't think they should have the option to become Mechanised infantry.

Personally I still think adding the Malcadors to the list would make it a lot more interesting. They completely fit; they're old technology typically used by PDFs and traitors.
