So basically the White Scars Terminators with Land Raiders are THAT cheap because even if they take upgrades for ea a Thunderhawk or Landing Craft they don't get their points back for the Land Raiders.
So using White Scars Terminators in a Thunderhawk would kost a whooping 800points!
So you still pay for the Land Raiders regardless if they are used or not.

They even can't teleport.
