NetEA IG list switched to Commissars every 500 points instead of the goofy 2D6 stuff.

i like it with the 1 every 500 points. it make's it much more fluffy and to be honest, a lot easier to throw commisars in.

After 2 games of having 3 commisars, I definetly also prefer the non random version.

I prefer the 1 per 500 too; it means you can paint up a specific models for each without needing extra ones.
