No. IA8 says Ap3. It's a Space Marine killer but Terminators don`t have a big problem to survive.

Oh, they changed it in IA:8 then, it used to be AP2.

Supplementary note: I probably wouldn't make it Expendable.

Whilst the Elysians might not get greatly demoralised from losing an inanimate radio controlled car, they might well get demoralised from having their radio controlled car blow up right next to them!

Certainly that'd be disruptive enough to generate a BM on the formation, just like most other units when they are shot and killed.

It should only generate no BM if it self-destructs (The Elysians know it's about to explode and so don't care).

Cyclops Demolition Vehicle
Type Speed Armour CloseCombat Firefight
Light Vehicle 20cm none 2+ -
Weapon Range Firepower Notes
Demolition Charge 15cm AP4+/AT4+ one-shot
Notes: Infiltrator, Teleport. The Cyclops is removed from play (causing no Blastmarker) if it uses any attack.

How about AP3+/AT3+, as it is more accurate than a battlecannon (cannot scatter)?
Can't see myself ever using the ranged attack version without at least a default 3+ to hit.

Well i can't see using it's ranged attack anyway if i can assault the target :D
The ranged attack would be used if an Assault would be to risky and/or for preparing the Assault of a second formation.
If you don't use an Assault action (providing you aren't forced to Hold) you could use Sustain. This way you would have a AP3+/AT3+ attack.

This is looking good. I think I'll go with the AP4+/AT4+ as a first cut, because of Sustain.

I think a CC2+, FF6+ is the way to go. I'm not a big fan of making everything MW which seems to be a trend for newer units. 2+ is deadly because of its consistency in placing a hit, but gives opponents a chance at an armor save (ducking for cover, armor actually works, etc.). I like Neal's justification for a FF value, but IMO 6+ is better.
