Eleventh hour call for change but I think both should be adjusted so that when they are transporting a gun platform they become only movement 15cm rather than the 20cm they are currently (their full un-transporting moves should remain the same and this would probably involve adding a 'reduced speed when transporting gun platform' into the Trojan's notes like it is currently in the Centaurs).
Trojans/Centaurs are in my and Ryan/MoK's opinions distinctly the optimum choice compared to gun emplacements; they bump the unit count up to 6, making a formation harder to break, add extra guns and also provide mobility. They can take a death or two from enemy air or long range firing (ringing them with transports to make them take the hit first helps) and still remain unbroken and able to fire, unlike their 3 strong gun emplaced ones or other 3 strong artillery formations is other lists. I suspect I will rarely or never take gun emplacements, when background-wise you would think the Kriegers would dig their vehicles in and they would be more prevalent.
The problem is with movement 20cm they become potentially good for dashing about late game to capture/contest objectives, which is tactically useful and just feels very wrong and uncharacterful for units that sit and fire for long periods (often months, years...) and take a decent length of time to be transported or untranported and deployed. AA formations are even better off with transports as they can dash about 40cm to flak-rush enemy planes.
They'd still remain a good choice knocked down to 15cm transporting move, probably still better than gun emplacements, but it'd be a close thing and it would cut down on late game dashes and flak-rushing a bit. Incidentally a 15cm move would not suddenly make them able to garrison, as since they have speed 0 units in their formation they are able to do this already.
Thoughts?

I've not found their 20cm move overly good so far, and for my static artillery prefer the cover save, rather than being exposed to AP fire sniping...
